You can make them, but if you want to sell them, there are all kinds of rules and regulations you have to follow….listing ingredients, FDA testing of your product, etc etc…..and you’d need a business license of course and possibly an export license if you want to ship out of the Country.

no, not really. as long as you dont try to sell them without the correct papers and permission. if you make them just for you dog, then you’ll be fine. homemade dog treats are acually a great way to get connected with your dog. most dogs dont have owners that creat a treat or food just for them.

I am pretty sure that making dog treats is legal but I’m not sure sure it’s legal to sell them. You’d probally have to get them tested or somthing.
