Using Email Leads For Quality Results For Today

How are your marketing campaigns going these days? If you are using Autoresponder Leads for developing your network marketing business, you probably have guessed that times have changed dramatically over the last few years. It’s just as easy to pay $20 per month for an autoresponder subscription, import 5,000 proscpects over the course of a month, and get yourself 50 - 75 people opting in to your website.

That is now a thing of the past. A case in point, in the early days, I could load 400 emails a month and enroll 3-4 people a week into my business. It was cake.

These days, however, you can upload 100,000 leads per day, and that sorry little autoresponder you’re using has such a poor delivery rate, emails are getting blocked, filtered and all you can show for it is If you have ever read the book “Who Moved My Cheese,” you can either find the solution, starve to death while you keep doing the same thing, or completely quit.

This is about finding the solution for a change.

This is what I believe. If you are going to have any level of success when using email leads, you must get your own email hosting company, learn to manage it (or find someone who will), send prospects to your own personal landing page, and have them join your own list, where you can market. Here is a quick summary of what I am talking about.

The Autoresponder - Your own email server. Now there are high end systems and middle of the road systems, but you are going to pay more than $20 like you were used to. It's probably time you committed yourself to becoming a little bit technical, or pay someone to do so for you.

The Leads - It's time for Bulk Email Leads You are going to have to get more leads, and probably get them scrubbed. Get yourself as many leads as you can afford (depending on the capacity of your server), and pay to get them scrubbed. Scrubbing usually costs between $150-$300 per million leads. Without getting them scrubbed, you will get some pretty fierce complaints, deal with abuse, spam bait, etc. Be responsible with your leads.

The Landing Page - You will need to either design yourself, or have a college student create one for you. It shouldn’t cost more than $100, maybe half that, and it’s a one-time expense. Just a word of advice - don't use your company's self-replicated web page because you won’t have control over the list, and it helps protect you from being accused of spam.

Build Your Own List - You will use a second autoresponder, called a closed loop autoresponder. The best in the business is Aweber. This is a monthly subscription of about $19. You will build your own list. Why? Well, we already alluded to this, but the top marketers today are top because they have their own list, and, consider this if something should ever happen to the company you are working with, and they shut their doors, you don’t lose everything because you own the list.

Here is the conclusion of the matter - you really must build your own list, building a level of trust with that list, and ultimately marketing to them the specifics of your home business. You are in essence generating your own leads, that are not shared with anyone else - they are exclusive to you and you alone.
